MINSK. Oct 2 (Interfax) - The heads of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) plan to approve changes to the regulatory framework of the common electricity market on Friday, including the rules for exchanging information between its participants, mutual trade in electricity and the distribution of the throughput capacity of interstate sections, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said at an expanded meeting of the association's Intergovernmental Council.
