AI rules should be strict but not excessive - Tokayev

ASTANA. Oct 2 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan needs a measured institutional balance and a risk-based approach to regulating artificial intelligence, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said.
